The R&R Latino Legacy Foundation was born from my belief that every person deserves hope, opportunity, and someone who believes in them. That belief didn’t begin in a boardroom—it began at home.}

She taught me that true success isn’t measured by what we accumulate, but by the lives we touch, the kindness we show, and the legacy we leave behind. Through her strength, resilience, compassion, and unwavering faith, she showed me what it means to serve others with love.
Like many families, ours experienced challenges that tested us. Those experiences shaped my perspective and inspired me to build a life grounded in perseverance, purpose, and giving back.}

A Letter From the Founder

Every dream begins with someone who believes in you.

My life has been shaped by people who showed me kindness when I needed it most, challenged me to believe in myself, and taught me that true success isn’t measured by what we achieve alone—it’s measured by what we help others achieve.

The greatest influence in my life has always been my mother. She taught me resilience, compassion, humility, and the importance of lifting others as we climb. She showed me that a life of purpose is one spent serving others.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve been blessed to build businesses and accomplish goals I once only dreamed about. But over time, I realized that my greatest legacy wouldn’t be the companies I built—it would be the people I helped along the way.

That’s why I created the R&R Latino Legacy Foundation.

Our mission is simple:

Create opportunity. Inspire hope. Build legacy.

My hope is that every scholarship awarded, every family encouraged, every entrepreneur mentored, and every life touched becomes part of a ripple effect that reaches generations we may never meet.
