Raquel has always had a heart for giving, an as a curios learner, she developed the business skills a leader needs to expand and grow her community. Raquel has spent years building successful businesses, serving her community and creating opportunities for others. Through that journey, she discovered that true success isn't measured only by what we achieve, it's measured by what we leave behind.
Curious about learning, Raquel spent two decades of her life training and receiving certifications from Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Photography just to name a few. With a Bachelor's of Business in Marketing she entered the Oil & Gas corporate world which gave her a passion for International Business, she worked as a Business Development Manager for VINCI Energies a French company, which is where her true talent and vision was aligned. Raquel met with CEO's, Project Managers, Directors, and VIP decision makers of the biggest O&G compnies like Chevron, Exxon, Schlumberger, and major Operators in the world. Her professional colleagues taught her some of the most valuable skills she has today. They always loved her for being a innovative, ambitious, creative and a passionate individual. Raquel learned & refined her skillset in hopes to work abroad one day and expand her passions for travel, humanitarian and international business and leadership. Current day Raquel is sole CEO of RLO Insurance Agency located in a small town where she grew up Cleveland, TX, and she is sole CEO of Humble Tax Professionals, which she serves clients all over the U.S virtually, Raquels's story was not an easy one, she fought hard, she fought alone, and one thing she did, was NEVER GIVE UP on HERSELF. Raquel is not only a CEO, she's on a MISSION to create, innovate and improve not only herself, but others around her. in 2020 Raquel became a Certified Life Coach, she didn't use the certificate itself but what she did do is she developed passion for serving and after everything she's been through, she wants to help others achieve the same.
Her journey reflects a dedication to growth, creativity, and inspiring others through every project she takes on. It is a story of purpose, perseverance, and the lasting impact of leading with heart.
Raquel individually Founded the R&R Latino Legacy Foundation Co. in June 2026 to honor the sacrifices of those who came before us while helping future generations build brighter futures. She believes that every person deserves hope, access to opportunity, and someone who believes in their potential. Raquel has been fortunate that some really special people came into her life when she needed it the most, and showed her that she's a human, and she needs compassion too. Their kindness helped her rediscover her strength and inspired her to offer the same support to others.
Her vision extends beyond charitable giving. She is building a lasting legacy that connects people with resources, mentorship, education, scholarships, mental health, and wellness initiatives. Providing entrepreneurial support, disaster relief, and community partnerships that create meaningful, long-term change. Together, these efforts empower individuals and strengthen communities for a more resilient future.
As Founder, & CEO Raquel leads the organization's vision, strategic growth, fundraising efforts and community partnerships with a commitment to integrity, compassion, accountability, and service. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help people believe that no matter where they begin, or where they are in life, they always have the ability to train, rebuild, learn new skills, and decide what their FUTURE will be for themselves and the generations that outlive us. Through education, opportunity, and community support, lasting change becomes possible. Together, we can help create pathways to hope, resilience, and a stronger tomorrow.
